For over fifteen years, I worked in law, tech, and project management, leading teams and systems built to deliver results. But somewhere along the way, I realized success felt different when it aligned with purpose.
That realization led me to Trades of Hope, where I began connecting women artisans around the world with customers who believe in fair trade, beauty, and dignity. It opened my eyes to what happens when mission-driven work meets mindful systems โ and how structure can actually set creativity free.
Over time, I saw a pattern: the most powerful women leaders werenโt the fastest or the loudest โ they were the most aligned. They led with presence, made decisions with intention, and built momentum through meaning.
