My path was not a straight line. It was a steady evolution toward clarity, responsibility, and sound judgment.

For more than fifteen years, I worked across law, technology, and project management, leading teams and building systems in fast paced environments designed to deliver results. Over time, I came to see that leadership outcomes are shaped not only by performance, but by how purpose, presence, and process align under pressure.
That understanding deepened through my work with Trades of Hope, where I partnered with women artisans around the world at the intersection of fair trade, dignity, and enterprise. This experience showed me what becomes possible when mission-driven work is supported by thoughtful systems, and how intentional structure creates space for creativity rather than constraint.
Across these environments, a consistent pattern emerged. The most effective women leaders were not the fastest or the loudest. They were the most aligned. They made sound decisions within short-term constraints, while holding responsibility for long-term impact. They led with presence, exercised judgment, and built momentum through meaning rather than urgency.
That insight shapes how I coach leaders today. I focus on how leadership presence, decision-making, and behavior influence durable outcomes. The Slow Power Leadership Framework™ emerged as a clear articulation of this belief: that growth does not need to be frantic to be effective. It can be intentional, grounded, and deeply human.
Today, through Style Slowly Collective™, I bring together legal rigor, systems thinking, and human-centered leadership to support women founders and leaders making decisions that must hold over time. I am based in Arlington, Virginia, and serve women leaders in the DC area and virtually.
