Founded in 2020 by Penny Klinedinst, Beth Gammel and Christin Majerus, Freedom Studios was born from a desire to make a difference in the community. After learning about the realities of human trafficking and the challenges survivors face, Penny, Beth, and Christin felt called to provide hope through therapeutic employment and healing through products that nourish the body and spirit.
Survivors can heal in the most practical way, with an empowering job through Freedom Studios. This helps get them back on their feet financially while earning a dignified wage as they reintegrate into the workforce and rebuild their lives. Each product created in the studio is lovingly made by a survivor.
